  • During this block, we will be continuing with our People in Business unit. We will explore why and how businesses motivate their employees. We will also explore the different ways in which businesses can be structured and what roles the different functional areas play to make a business successful. We will also be completing past exam questions to apply our knowledge.

Carla is a mum of three, a music lover, and a fully qualified teacher with almost 20 years of experience in secondary education. Having enjoyed a career in mainstream schools her experience has been vast, including leading pastoral care and alternative education.
